Terms of Service

By using our Site/services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms.

1. Eligibility

Must be 18+.

2. Services

Local, long-distance, commercial moving; packing; storage. Interstate per FMCSA.

3. Quotes

Binding estimates guarantee cost for listed items. Extra items may cost more. Valid 30 days. Site prices illustrative; final estimate in writing.

4. Cancellation

• 7+ days: full refund
• 3-6 days: 50%
• Under 72hr: no refund
• Same-day: liable for dispatch

5. Payment

Deposit may be required. Final at delivery. Cards, certified checks, money orders. Late: 1.5%/mo.

6. Liability

• Released Value (included): $0.60/lb per article
• Full Value (optional): replacement value

Not insurance. Third-party coverage recommended.

7. Claims

Within 9 months (FMCSA). claims@prioritymovinggroup.com

8. Prohibited Items

Hazmat, perishables, undisclosed firearms, illegal substances, pets, cash/jewelry/documents.

9. Disclaimers

PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

10. Liability Limit

NO INDIRECT/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. MAX = AMOUNT PAID.

11. Disputes

30-day informal resolution. Then binding arbitration (AAA). CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
